In March, I visited Tabaka, a village near Kisii in Kenya, which is known as the “Soapstone Capital.” I had worked with a group of soapstone carvers since COVID, but this was my first

Nyakwana water falls​

Nyakwana waterfall, known as “Ekeera,” is a scenic spot in Kisii County. A plan for a hydroelectric plant fell through, but Lake Victoria South Water Services Board is pursuing water projects to restore resource availability.
